Medical Record Review

If appropriate for the case, we perform an independent medical evaluation to assess the individual’s physical, cognitive, or functional status. Depending on the case needs, this can be done virtually or in person.

For cases requiring future care projections, we prepare detailed, evidence-based cost analyses and life care plans. This includes medical treatments, therapies, prosthetic needs, attendant care, and other lifetime care requirements.
